Laboratory findings of PCOS include:
• Elevated LH - Increased LH/FSH ratio (Decreased FSH/LH ratio)
• Elevated testosterone
• Decrease serum SHBG (Sex hormone binding globulin)
• Insulin resistance: So elevated fasting insulin levels
